I like this place now. It used to be horrible 9 years ago. The frying chef is very good and it's chicken nuggets are crispy unlike other Chinese buffets. The chicken schnitzel with sause is quite good, same as spring rolls. In all, their frying technique is worth mentioning! However, to my disappointment, the pork fillings of the steamed buns are getting smaller. I still think it's good when you are hungry.

Decided to go for a late dinner around 6:45. Obviously they had been slowing down for the night and many dishes had been placed out for one of their final rounds of the night. Every dish was still maintained at a hot, comfortable temperature and tasted great. Recommended: Pepper Steak, Sugar Rolls, General Tso's Chicken, Buttered Potatoes, Lo Mein noodles, and ice cream to finish it off. Also a multitude of fruits and desserts along with a handful of Americanized foods for the pickier eaters. Something for everyone!
